LODI, San Joaquin County — November 4, 2026. Early results show Michael Carouba, Lisa Craig-Hensley and Cameron Bregman ahead in three separate Lodi City Council district elections. The totals are from the 1:11 a.m. Pacific November 4 results batch, not the final certified canvass.
District 1: three candidates
The Ballot Book’s batch history lists Michael Carouba with 1,922 votes (47.7%), Brandon Sywassink with 1,111 (27.6%) and Dawson Hayre with 996 (24.7%). Brandon Sywassink overtook Dawson Hayre for second place between the initial and later batches, but the leader remained Carouba.
District 2
In District 2, Lisa Craig-Hensley received 1,274 votes (56.8%) versus Jordan Duncan’s 967 (43.2%) in the countywide result tracker.
District 3
Cameron Bregman received 1,125 votes (44.4%), Deanne Barth 732 (28.9%) and Christopher S. Anderson 679 (26.8%). District results cannot be pooled into one citywide mayoral result.
Why the rankings remain preliminary
Additional mail and provisional ballots may change candidate totals before San Joaquin County certifies the election. Local councilmembers make decisions about zoning, roads, municipal services and the budget. The county plans to post certified results after its manual audit, expected November 25.
